Accessibility Statement

House of Peace wants every family, resident and visitor to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard navigation or voice controls. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we have done

• Text and buttons use colors with strong contrast, and body text is set at a large, readable size
• Every page has one main heading and a clear order of headings below it
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• Form fields have visible labels, and buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone
• The site works on phones, tablets and computers, and you can zoom the page without losing content
• On phones, the main menu opens with a clearly labeled Menu button
• The scrolling reviews on our homepage have a pause button, and they stop moving if your device is set to reduce motion
• Phone numbers are tap-to-call, so you can reach us without typing

How we check

We tested every page of this website with automated accessibility checks in October 2026 and fixed the issues they found. Automated checks cannot catch everything, so we also welcome feedback from the people who use the site.

Known limits

Some parts of the site come from other companies, including the Calendly tour calendar, the YouTube video, the 3D tour by Giraffe360 and Google Maps. We choose services that support accessibility, but we do not control how they work. The 3D tour in particular may be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
